Mike has over 35 years of experience with Volkswagen and Porsche. However, we're not limited to Volkswagens and Porsches. We also work on parts for Model A, Lamborghini, Kawasaki, Nissan, G.M., Ford, Dodge, Ferrari, and many others. Our machine shop is equipped with a Superflow™ flow bench to verify before and after statistics of head porting.
BUILDS, REBUILDS, RESTORATIONS
With 20 years in business, Competition Engineering has grown to be the top choice for folks seeking professional quality builds, rebuilds, and restorations, both stock or custom modifications. Known as "the place to get things done right" our projects have been in various magazine features such as Hot VWs, VW Trends, VW World, and others. We specialize in vintage Volkswagen and Porsche world-class restorations, but can work on nearly anything.
RACING & RACE SUPPORT
One of CE's passions is going fast. Dan Lawson, CE's owner, as well as machinist Mike Fischer, Greg, and other have been into racing as long as they been able to drive. DYNO TUNING
Competition Engineering's Mustang dyno has the ability to hold a constant load. This allows us to tune a car at any RPM level. We can program 60-ft, 1/8 mile, and 1/4 mile times. We can also simulate actual driving conditions for better tuning. Please contact us to schedule your CEVW Dyno Tune.
